a) Order form (print job submission)

We collect: full name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), job details (service type, format, quantity, notes) and uploaded files.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing is necessary for the performance of a contract (accepting and fulfilling your print order).

We also store IP address and consent timestamp for audit purposes.

b) Contact form (general enquiry)

We collect: full name, e-mail address, phone number (optional) and message content.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — the Controller's legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.

IP address and timestamp are stored for security and audit purposes.

c) Uploaded files

Files required for processing your order (PDF, DWG, PLT, TIFF, JPG, etc.) are stored on the server. They are not shared with third parties and may be deleted upon request after the order is completed.

d) Server and API logs

The server automatically records: IP address, date and time of request, URL, HTTP response code, and browser User-Agent string. Logs are retained for security and troubleshooting purposes for up to 90 days.

Your data may be shared only with parties necessary for service delivery:

• VPS / hosting provider (for technical support purposes if required).

The Controller does not sell personal data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

• Order form data — for the duration of the order and settlement, and thereafter for the period required by tax regulations (up to 5 years from the end of the tax year).
• Contact form data — up to 12 months from the end of correspondence or until an effective objection is raised.
• Uploaded files — until the order is completed or upon the client's request, for a maximum of 1 year.
• Server logs — up to 90 days.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access your data (Article 15 GDPR),
• rectification of inaccurate data (Article 16 GDPR),
• erasure ("right to be forgotten") (Article 17 GDPR),
• restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR),
• data portability (Article 20 GDPR),
• object to processing based on legitimate interests (Article 21 GDPR),
• lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland, uodo.gov.pl.

drukarniamm.pl does not use cookies for marketing or tracking purposes. We use Plausible Analytics — a privacy-friendly European web analytics service that sets no cookies and collects no personally identifiable information. All collected data is fully anonymous.

The Controller applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or destruction. All data transmission on the website uses HTTPS (TLS encryption).

The Controller reserves the right to amend this privacy policy. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date at the top of this document. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
